Piloted an “Ideation Incubator” program with Ontario universities and colleges to develop new lottery games. Students were presented with sales data, market research and product ideas to make the exercise as real as possible.
The effort was intended to generate insights that would help the lottery sharpen game prototypes for the underserviced 18-34 market. It was part of a larger plan to build a culture of innovation and investigate the feasibility of “crowd-sourcing” product initiatives.
