These market research skills were developed further at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) while overseeing multiple focus groups and sales forecasting studies. The more formal research efforts were complimented by innovation sessions where OLG employees and external stakeholders met to review product ideas. The goal was to generate buy-in for new concepts and polish ideas into profitable games. Non-traditional locations with innovation backstories were chosen to enhance creativity.
